Step 1
In the first step, the structure is squared up where the customer orders
Step 2
Materials are meanwhile being sorted through and being prepared
Step 3
Holes are dug posts are then placed in the ground with treated posts
Step 4
Green Boards cut to dimension are next up to shape the barn.
Step 5
Step 6
Wall girts are then nailed to the sides of the barn and Wall Bracing is installed.
Step 7
Trusses designed for your specific needs (Scissor, Granbrel , Regular, etc) provide the base of your roof.
Headers are placed at the height of the barn with grk RSS fasteners or pole barn nails spacing the top of the posts exactly with the green board.
Step 8
Step 9
Last for framing the Faceboard is measured, cut, and nailed into place
Big Barn?
Further Bracing is required in the Trusses the larger the barn is as well with local ordinances
Perlins space the trusses along the top while Ratruns space the bottom of the trusses and lastly Windbracing is placed for support.
Step 10
A Reflective double bubble layer will be put under the metal to negate the roof from sweating in varying temperatures
Step 11
A Heavy-duty 28-gauge steel roof would be the next step secured with metal roofing screws
We recommend Felt Paper lining instead of Double Bubble
Step 12
The Last step in the outer shell of the barn is the 28 gauge steel siding secured by steel screws. Respective roof and corner trims put on after with seal
